Goal Rush is a free, fan-made, non-commercial football guessing game. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA, UEFA, any national football federation, league, club, broadcaster, or player. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

1. Acceptance

By using goalrush.games (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What Goal Rush is

Goal Rush shows very short video moments — typically a few seconds long — taken from publicly available football footage, and asks you to guess whether the play resulted in a goal. The purpose is educational and entertainment; the clips are transformed by being cropped, paused at a critical moment, and embedded in interactive gameplay.

3. Acceptable use

You may play the game and share your scores.
You may not redistribute, re-upload, or commercially exploit any clip from the Site.
You may not scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to bulk-download Site content.
You may not attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or other security measures.
You may not use the Site to harass other players, post offensive usernames, or manipulate the leaderboard.

4. User content

The only content you submit is a username and your gameplay results. You are responsible for choosing a username that does not infringe anyone’s rights or contain offensive material. We may remove or rename accounts that violate this rule.

5. Donations

Goal Rush accepts voluntary donations through Ko-fi. Donations are non-refundable and do not entitle the donor to any extra features, rewards, or removal of advertising. Donations help cover server and bandwidth costs only.

6. “As is” — no warranty

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scores will be preserved indefinitely.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Goal Rush and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site.

8. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, please see our Copyright & Takedown Policy. We aim to action legitimate takedown requests within 48 hours.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change.

10. Governing law

Any dispute relating to your use of the Site is governed by the laws of your country of residence, to the extent permitted.
